About the Event

Participants will make 4 different varieties of traditional Japanese rice balls, including umeboshi, bonito, tuna mayo & pickles. Once made, enjoy eating together with special sides dishes, sweets and cherry blossom tea to compliment your creations!
Learn insights into Japanese table manners and where to buy authentic ingredients. Chef Yamada will have select ingredients available to buy. Participants will be provided with all necessary ingredients and will receive
reusable chopsticks to take home.
